Cleverly located buttons allow this shawl to be worn in a variety of ways, offering UV protection in summer and warmth in winter.

Description

Our fabric has been tested by ARPANSA, the Australian Radiation Protection and Nuclear Safety Agency and received a rating of UPF 50+, the highest level of protection that can be achieved. Prolonged exposure to UVR can cause sunburn, premature aging and skin cancers. Covering your skin with clothing that effectively blocks out solar UVR can significantly reduce these risks.
Made from the same fabric as our leggings, the UV shawl is made from a mix of bamboo, organic cotton and spandex. It is wrinkle resistant, making it a great option for travel. It provides sun protection for the shoulders, arms and chest and works equally well for extra warmth in the cooler months. Strategically placed buttons means this shawl can be worn in multiple ways, as a shawl, tied or buttoned at the front or back, button across the body as a top or converted into a smaller shawl and scarf.

70% Bamboo Viscose, 20% Organic Cotton, 10% Spandex

Machine washable with like colours. To prolong life we recommend drying flat. Can be tumble dried on low setting.
