Where is my order sent from?

All our orders are shipped from our warehouse in Adelaide, South Australia, Australia.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Adelaide. Orders received by 2pm AEST will ship on the same day and orders received after 2pm will be shipped the following business day.

Australian orders are shipped with Australia Post. Standard delivery takes between 2-6 business days to arrive. Express post will take 1-3 days to arrive.

Every order is shipped with tracking. When your order leaves the warehouse an email will be sent to you with your tracking ID.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, Afterpay, gpay and applepay

Can I change my order after I have placed it?

We aim to ship your order as quickly as possible so changes to items in your order may be difficult to make. If you do need to change something, please get in touch and we'll do our best to make it happen. Otherwise, we offer 30 day returns and exchange on all items excluding underwear.

Do you ship internationally (outside of Australia)

Yes, we ship to over 20 different countries. We use DHL Express to ship to countries outside of Australia.

How do I track my order?

When your order is dispatched from our warehouse you will receive an email that will contact your tracking ID. Click on this link to view updated tracking info from Australia Post.

If you can't locate this email, you can click the 'chat' button in the bottom right hand corner of our website. Here there is a link to 'track my order'. Enter your order ID (can be found in your order confirmation email) along with your email address and it will give you a link to your order confirmation page along with your tracking ID link.

How do I return an item?

You can return any item (excluding underwear) within 30 days.

To return an item you need to create a RMA return authorisation.

This number must be included on your return parcel when it is sent back to us.

We ship out all Australian orders, including exchanges, for free. However we are not able to cover the cost of change of mind returns sent back to us.

When you submit an exchange or refund request through the portal, you will be emailed with all the necessary details to return your order to us.
