Australian Delivery

We are an Australian based company and ALL orders to Australian addresses are delivered for FREE.

If your order is over $99 it will automatically be upgraded to free express shipping at checkout.

Processing times: Orders placed by 2pm AEST Monday – Friday will be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after this time will dispatch the following business day.

Christmas Delivery Cutoff:

These are guidelines only and should be considered last possible dates for potential pre-Christmas delivery! Actual delivery times are determined by Australia Post and can't be guaranteed. To avoid disappointment, order early!

Standard Delivery: 2pm Tuesday 19th December
Express Delivery: 12pm Thursday 21st December
Regional areas should allow an extra day

WA / NT 
Standard Delivery: 2pm Friday 15th December
Express Delivery: 12pm Wednesday 20th December
Regional areas should allow an extra day


All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Adelaide, South Australia using Australia Post parcel and express/star track service. 

Express shipping is available on Australian orders under $99 for a flat fee of $5.00. Orders over $99 will automatically be upgraded to free express delivery.

Australian Delivery Rates:

  • Regular Delivery on all Australian orders FREE
  • Express Delivery on orders over $99 - FREE
  • Express Delivery on orders under $99 available for $5

Transit times:

  • Regular delivery 3-6 business days
  • Express delivery 2-4 business days

*Transit times are subject to fluctuations, outside of our control. Seasonal variances (eg. Christmas) and natural disasters can impact the Australia Post delivery network.  

What happens next? Once your order is received an order confirmation email will be sent to your email address containing a tax invoice and order ID number.

Orders are dispatched Monday - Friday (same day for orders placed by 2pm AEST). When your order ships from our warehouse Express Fulfillment, you will receive another email containing your tracking ID and a link to view the progress of your parcel. 
Your order will arrive with a packing slip (no prices displayed) which will also contain details for exchange and returns. Returns can be made within 30 days of receiving your parcel, for further details or start a return, head to Returns & Exchange page. 

International Delivery

We ship our bamboo clothing worldwide! When visiting our website from outside of Australia the site will automatically detect your location and display pricing in your local currency. To shop in your local currency, select your currency from the drop down menu in the footer of the website.

Orders are dispatched daily from our base in Adelaide, Australia.

All our international orders shipped to countries outside of Australia our mailed with DHL Express, which provide fast trackable international shipping.

When you place your order you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tax invoice and order ID. This will be followed by a dispatch notice from our warehouse partner Express Fulfillment containing a trackable link for your parcel.

Transit times with DHL express range from 2-4 business days. 

We do not cover any customs, duties or taxes related to the delivery or import of parcels outside of Australia.
