Hi Val. Great question. I had to research the answer myself. You can purchase the gift card from our site in $AUD, and your sister will be able to use it to purchase items in £GPB. The website will use the most current exchange rate at the time. In terms of postage, we ship internationally via FedEx Express. Depending on the size of the order, for the UK it is around $10-15 shipping.
